This volume is an attempt to provide the students with thorough understanding of introduction to statistics, classification and tabulation, measures of central tendency, measures of dispersion, measures of correlation and regression, set theory, matrix, determinant of matrices, co-factors, inverse of a matrix methods and techniques. We have presented the subject matter in a systematic manner with liberal use of charts and diagrams where ever necessary so as to make it interesting and sustain student’s interest.
