Dr. P. N. Udayachandra M.Com., Ph.D. is currently working as the Dean and Head of the Department of Commerce in Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College (Autonomous) Ujire. Dakshna Kannada. He has graduated from Canara College, Mangalore, post-graduated from Mangalore University and received Doctorate Degree from Mangalore University for the study - "Evaluation of Human Resources Accounting in Human Resource Management". In addition to this, he has more than three decades of teaching, training, research and administrative experience. He has conducted several careers guidance and leadership training programmes. He is also a Master Facilitator from AIM Insights. HRD Groups, Mangalore. He has presented several research papers in the National and International seminars. He is also a guest faculty for B-Schools and other developmental institutes. He has successfully guided 5 Ph.D. students from Tumkur University, Tumkur, 10 M.Phil. candidates and is the recognised Research Guide for Mangalore University, Mangalore and undertaken independent research projects for UGC on Entrepreneurial Capital. He has written study material for Mangalore University Distance Education on the subject Industrial Finance.

Dr. Sudarshan P. Naravi M.Com., M.Phil., NET, BLISc, Ph.D. is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Commerce, Government First Grade College, Belthangady. He ha graduated from Sri Bhuvanebdra College, Karkala and post-graduated in Commerce from Mangalore University. He has worked as NSS Program Officer for 8 years. He obtained Ph.D. in Commerce in HR area from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He has 21 years of teaching experience in Banking, Costing, Marketing Management, Corporate Law, Business Law, Business Taxation, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Retail Management and International Business Environment. He has published research articles in Peer-reviewed International Journals. He presented papers in National and International seminars and conferences. He is trained on Soft Skills from Progeon Infosys. He has worked as a Resource Person in different training sessions. He has served in Sri Mahaveera College, Moodbidri, Sri Dhavala College, Moodbidri, Government First Grade College, Siddakatte.

Dr. Lakshminarayan K.S., M.Com., KSET, FC in HRD, Ph.D. is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce and Programme Officer for NSS in Sri Dharmashala Manjunathehwara College (Autonomous), Ujire., Kannada. He has graduated from Government College of Arts and Commerce, Hassan and post-graduated in Commerce from Hemagangotri, Post-Graduate Centre, Hassan, University of Maysore. He has to his credit FC in HRD from CLHRD, Mangalore and Ph.D. from Mysore University. He started his career in SDM College. Ujire and has a teaching experience of 13 years in Marketing, Banking. Management and Communication, HRM, HRD, Taxation and Accounting, He has completed one UGC-sponsored Minor Research Projects on Micro Finance. He has Facilitators Certificate in HRD and trained several faculties and students. He has authored two books on "Agriculture Marketing" and "Principles and Practice of Tourism". He has Published several research papers in Peer-reviewed International Journals, and presented research papers in National and International seminars and conferences. In addition, he has guided several students research projects. He is also a resource person for various invited talks, leadership training programmers and faculty exchange programmes.
