It is with great pleasure that we present this book titled “Law Related to Intellectual Property Rights” for the undergraduate students of BA, B.Sc., and B.Com. programs, Semester I, under the Value Education Course at the University of Mumbai. This book is meticulously aligned with the syllabus of University of Mumbai as per the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and aims to provide students with a foundational understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), a subject of increasing relevance in today’s knowledge-driven economy.
