Chanchal Dey is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities, College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat, West Bengal. He is an MBA (Gold Medallist) from Vidyasagar University. His research interests are in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Entrepreneurship. He has authored numerous books and research papers. He is a Life Member of Indian Commerce Association.
