Dr. Nirmal Chandra Roy is presently serving in the Department of Business Administration (Human Resource), The University of Burdwan, West Bengal, India. He is life members of Indian Commerce Association (ICA) and India Accounting Association (IAA). He has authored two books: Human Resource Management in the Indian Tea Industry and Organisational Behaviour. Dr. Roy has authored 30 research articles and management case studies indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC & UGC Care Listed journals of National and International repute published from the Inderscience, Sage, Publishing India, etc. His interest in research is in the field of General Management, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organisational Behaviour and Tourism Management.
