Gandham Sri Rama Krishna

Dr. Gandham Sri Rama Krishna is Associate Professor of MBA Department, Dr. C.S. Rao P.G. Centre, Sri Y.N. College, Narsapur since 1994. Before joining academic line, he worked as HR Executive at Rassi Refractory Ltd., Narketpally, Nalgonda Dist. and Delta Paper Mills Ltd., Vendra, W.G. Distt. He has distinguished academic record to his credit. He hold Doctorate Degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, with HRM as the research area. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IRPM) from Andhra University and also obtained Masters Degree in Business Administration with Marketing Management as specialisation from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. He holds a Degree in B.L. from Andhra University and he holds a Diploma in Computer Programme from A.P. Productivity Council, Hyderabad. He has co-authored 11 books, within that four was international publishing book also and published 60 articles in reputed journals within that articles in numerous international journals. He has participated and presented more that 15 papers in various cibferebcesm workshops, seminars and two international seminars. His area of interest include Human Resource Management, Business Laws and Industrial Laws. He has also been the life member, National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Godavari Chapter. He is the research member of NGRF and member of the National HRD Networks, New Delhi. He is the member of MBA Research Centre, Sri Y.N. College, Narsapur, Guest faculty of Lace Park, Rustumbada, Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts, Bengaluru and PAN Godavari Lace Facilities and Services Pvt. Ltd., Seetharamapuram. He is also serving as General Secretary, Adarena Charitable Trust, Naraspur. He has guided more than 200 projects for MBA of various universities like Andhara University, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, and Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. He is the trainer of HRD and Personality Development and Career Guidence for students and lace artisans.
