Miss S. Abraham was a Librarian at the International Institute for Population Sciences. Bombay, till 31st March 1985. She has a Master’s Degree in Arts; trained in Library Sciences and also in demography. She is a co-author of the book Students Research Abstracts in Population Studies. Miss Abraham is associated with  the professional bodies such as Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information Centres (IASLIC)and contributes papers not only in the fields of Library Sciences, but also in the field of Demography.
