We are happy to present the first edition of “Disaster Management” written for students of UG courses. The purpose of this book is to provide an introduction to the various issues of environmental studies.
This book has four units. It covers topic, such as Introduction to Disaster, Risk and Vulnerability Analysis, Disaster Preparendness and Response, Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Recovery. The book presents the material with clarity and conciseness to enable students to read and study with diagram. Review questions at the end of units should be useful for both students and teachers.
