Relating to the existing system of education, the broad and primary aim of this book is to make our school principles aware of and equip them with the knowledge and skills to efficiently lead and manage future Inclusive Schools.
The specific objective of writing this book may be stated as follows:
- (i) To bring to the fore the fundamental principles and factors relating to Inclusive Education.
- (ii) To make a continuation to the effective management of Inclusive Schools when thry come into existence.
- (iii) To reflect a school management reform within Inclusive Schooling.
This book, in fact, is written in authoress’s interest in ‘Inclusive Education.’
