Dr. N. Navaneethakrishnan holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics from Annamalai University, Cuddalore District and a doctoral degree in Education from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. The author has completed UGC-NET in Education twice. The author has experience working as an Assistant Professor at Bhavani College of Education and Sree Bhavani College of Education, Cuddalore, for more than 07 Years. He has worked in the capacity of Associate Professor at Sree Bhavani College of Education for 3.5 years, teaching M.Ed. classes. He has also served as the Principal in Charge in the same period. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in Education at SASTRA University, Thanjavur. The author has published articles and book chapters in leading Educational Journals. The author has participated in various National Seminars, Workshops and Conferences.

Dr. S. Vidhyanathan, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, SASTRA Deemed to be University has been working in this institution since August 2021. He earned his B.A., B.Ed., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from Pondicherry University, a reputed central university in the Union Territory of Puducherry. His decade long teaching career spans from 2006 to 2023, and he has worked in Nehru College of Education (Affiliated to Pondicherry University), Puducherry for 4 years. He has published 13 research papers and 3 book chapters. His multi-disciplinary research interest includes inclusive and special education, English language teaching and adult and continuing education.

Dr. Usha Ajithkumar is Professor and Head of the Department of Education at SASTRA University, Tamil Nadu, India. She has a master's in English, Sociology, Human Rights and Education and a Doctorate in Education and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai. She has served in the field of Academics and Education for over three decades. She has visited many countries, such as: Norway, Germany, Taiwan, USA, Netherlands, Chile, Australia, and Saudi Arabia, on professional engagements. Her research interests include ICT-based innovative practices in education, teaching pedagogy, human rights, child rights, TVET and curriculum design and development. She has published several books, book chapters and research articles in Scopus-indexed leading Educational Journals. She is committed to promoting a culture of excellence, ethics, and engagement in her work.
