We are pleased to present this book titled “Mathematical Methods for Physics” for Semester III undergraduate students majoring in Physics under Vertical-1 of the NEP-2020 framework, affiliated with the University of Mumbai. This book is intended for students enrolled under Scheme-I, Scheme-II, and Scheme-III, offering a unified approach to the mathematical tools essential in the study of physical sciences.
Mathematics is the backbone of theoretical and applied physics.
