This book has been prepared as per the two-year B.Ed. Syllabus as prescribed by the University of Mumbai and the requirements of Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) which came into force in 2017-18.
Economics Method is an option given to the students in the Elective Cource 1 (Pedagogy of School Subject) and Elective Course 2 (Pedagogy of School Subject) which they take up in their second and third semester respectively. The subject orients the student teachers will gain a basic orientation to various terms, concepts, skills and application of economics subjects which will train them in their life as well.
This book has been developed based on the various orientation programmes conducted by the University and the material which is shared during these mettings. The elaborations and illustrations have been added by the author and references from others work have been cited.
