It is with great pleasure that we present this Physics textbook for the B.Sc. Semester II course at Gondwana University, Gadchiroli. Recently, a new syllabus was proposed for the B.Sc. Semester pattern under NEP – 2020 at Gondwana University. This change has created challenges for both teachers and students; while teachers have adapted to the new requirements, students have struggled with the availability of study materials and books that cover the newly prescribed syllabus. Therefore, this textbook aims to address the needs of students and teachers by providing comprehensive details on the syllabus topics in one place.
This book aims to cultivate understanding and boost students interest in learning about Electrostatics, Magnetostatics, and Electrodynamics. It covers the entire subject matter from both an examination and conceptual perspective. However, the depth of the topic is constrained by the syllabus and the styles of questions posed in related examinations.
