This book is the second in a series of textbooks for Undergraduate students who have chosen Zoology as a major subject. The book has been written as per the NEP syllabus proposed by the Bengaluru City University and is being followed by other Universities.
The book contains both theory and practical components of Second semester Paper-II (Core course-II).
The syllabus is designed to bring about an understanding of basic concepts of Biochemistry and Physiology.
The proposed course outcome or CO’s are –
