Aditi A. Abhyankar is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Economics at Ramnarain Ruia College Matunga, Mumbai. She has been working as regular as well as visiting faculty at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and MBA Courses for more than two decades and has recently completed her Doctoral Thesis.

Mr. Rajdeep Mukherjee is a trainer-consultant in the field of Behavioural Science and Human Resource Development. He is an MBA, M.Phil, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Labour Welfare and Hotel Management. He is also holding the post of Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour in the Department of Management under the West Bengal University of Technology. He also provides research guidance, counseling and teaching to MBA students. His research-based articles, case studies, book reviews, etc., are also published in journals. He has also coauthored the book "Business Regulatory Framework".
