This book is prepared keeping in mind the requirements of the students of Semester III, S.Y.B.Com.for external examination as per the Revised syllabus w.e.f.June 2017. Keeping in mind the examination several problems, case studies on each topic are discussed and explained.

This paper for external examination is divided into five modules.

In First module-Indian COntract Act 1872, topic-wise provisions of offer, acceptance, agreements, contracts, consideration, capacity to contract with case laws including leading judgements are given in easy literature.

Module Two consists of the Indian Contract Act,1872 with provisions relating to consent, Void Agreement, Contingent Contracts, Quasi Contracts, E-Contracts, Performance and Discharge of Contract, and Breach of Contract.

Module Three is about special contracts of Indemnity, Guarantee, Bailment, Pledge and Agency. The topic is made easier for the students to understand by giving several easy illustrations.

Module Four is about Sale of Goods Act, 1930. Formation and requirements of Contract of sale has been simplified by giving examples and comparative studies with other contracts.

Module Five consist of Negotiable Instruments Act,2015.All the provisions as per the syllabus are given in details with the required specimens of different negotiable instruments making it easier for the students to understand.
