Dr. Neerja Kashive is Associate Dean, Research and Head of the FPM Program at VES’s Business School. Her research interests include Employer Branding, HR Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, E-Learning, Gamification and HR Technology. She has presented papers at International conferences and published extensively in Scopus and ABDC-listed journals. She has received several Best Research Paper and Best Reviewer awards, including recognition from the Academy of Management (AOM). Dr. Kashive is also certified in People Analytics from Wharton Business School and specialises in HR analytics, personality assessment and strategic HR interventions.
