Dr. Arjita Jain is an experienced academic leader and management educator with over 26 years of expertise in academia and industry. She is Professor and Head of the MMS Program at NCRD’s Sterling Institute of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai and an approved Ph.D. Guide. Her research interests include HRM, Employee Engagement, AI in HR and Higher Education, with over 100 publications in reputed journals including Scopus and ABDC-listed journals. She is also the author of Employees Rewards Management and a certified NLP and Mindfulness Master Practitioner.
