Dr. Seema Sant is Professor of HR and HoD of HR & GM, along with serving as Head of Ph.D. Research Centre at Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies and Research. She possesses more than 25 years of combined academic and corporate experience. Her areas of specialisation include Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Artificial Intelligence, E-Learning, and HR Technology. She has contributed numerous research publications in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, earned multiple Best Research Paper awards, authored the book Training & Development, and is also a certified POSH Trainer.
