Dr. Shailaja S. Konek is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Studies at the Central University of Karnataka, specialising in finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship. With 5 years of corporate and 7 years of academic experience, she has published extensively in peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals and presented her research at conferences worldwide. She holds a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship and a postgraduate degree in finance, and is the author of two books and co-author of three on finance, entrepreneurship, and business studies.
