Professor (Dr.) Parimal H. Vyas received his Master Degree in Commerce including Business Administration from The M.S. University of Baroda, and Ph.D. Degree in Commerce (Marketing Management) from The Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. He has published extensively on Consumer Satisfaction Measurement, e- marketing in recognized National and International journals. He has visited a number of Universities as a visiting Fellow (UGC) in the Department of Commerce and Management. Dr. Parimal Vyas has participated and successfully completed Fellow Programme in Management (FDP) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He teaches subjects of Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Management and Research in Human Resource Management in the Postgraduate Courses of the M.S. University of Baroda. He has produced research scholars (Ph.D. and M.Phil.) in the areas of Measurement of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship Management, e-marketing and Lifestyle Marketing.
