Dr. Jyoti Ladwal is an accomplished academician and Assistant Professor of Commerce at SSSSB Government College, Jind (Haryana), with around 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She earned her Ph.D. from Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University (Jind) on women entrepreneurship and economic development in Haryana. She has published 22 research papers and presented 30 papers at National and International conferences. She serves as Academic Counsellor at Indira Gandhi National Open University, Managing Editor of an International journal, and reviewer for Emerald Publishing. She has organised National seminars and chaired technical sessions at International conferences.

Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar Sinha is a renowned academician and senior educationist with extensive experience in Management and Commerce education. He is presently serving as Professor in the Department of Management at Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani (Haryana). He has held several important academic and administrative positions including Dean Academic Affairs, Dean of Research, Dean of Colleges, Registrar (In-charge), Director of Public Relations, and Professor In-Charge of University Library. He has published extensively in reputed journals, authored academic textbooks, guided doctoral scholars, and completed major research projects. His contributions continue to strengthen academic leadership and research excellence.
