No one writes about the costs likely to be incurred, when they write about “Health Care Management”. “Life is precious”. But in actual life, it is the capacity of the patient to spend that determines what kind of treatment s/he receives. WHAT KIND OF ACTUAL HEALTH BENEFIT S/HE RECEIVES AT WHAT COST? The patients will be happy to get good treatment at low,reasonable costs. WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS? ARE DOCTORS SWINDLING OR ARE THEY COMPELLED? Are the patients expecting too much at low cost—or at no cost? There are several factors which affect/keep raising the cost of health care management. ARE THERE REMEDIES? Many of these complex questions are discussed and the author has tried to suggest practical solutions to these problems.
