Dr. S. Jayashree is a product of University of Mumbai, the SNDT Women`s University, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and JJT University, Jhunjhunu. She is Member of the All India Management Association, Member of the Institute of Training and Development, and a qualified Corporate Trainer who has published widely in the fields of Human Resources and Value Based Management. She has twenty-six years of administrative experience of which ten years were simultaneously and gainfully used in the pursuit of research and academic publication. Dr. S. Sadri is a product of Ranchi University, Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) and the London School of Economics Political Science (LSE). He is an Economist who has specialised in Human Resources Management and has thirty-three years of academic experience ranging across three continents and five countries, plus ten years of corporate level experience. He has written prolifically and by dint of his published work has made a name for himself in the fields of Political Economy of Development, Industrial Relations, Strategic Human Resources and Business Ethics. Mihir Ajgaonkar is an alumnus of Ruparel College, Mumbai, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is also a certified Human Resource Executive from AH & M (USA). He is a Physics major who has specialized in Human Resource Management and Finance. He has about thirteen years of Corporate experience in services and FMCGs environment with the Taj Group of Hotels and Marico Industries Ltd. and was until recently of Management Studies and Research, MiraRoad, Thane District. At present he is head Organizational Development at Zensar Technologies in Pune.
