Prof. S. Subhashchandra, is a Vice Principal in Dr. Ambedkar College of Law, Mumbai. He is also a Visiting Faculty in Department of Law - Mumbai University and in St. Wilfred College of Law, Panvel. He is also an expert Counsellor in Arbitration matters. He has vast experience of over 13 Years in teaching field. He has conducted various Seminars and Moot Courts. Besides, he delivers lectures to LLM Students in Department of Law, Mumbai University. He has also authored Book on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Law of Contracts.

Adv. Sushilkumar Gupta, is an Engineering Graduate in Construction Engineering with post qualification experience of over 25 years in the construction and Project Management of Projects like Metro Rail, Mono Rail, Railways, Bridges, Highways, Expressways and Infrastructure projects in and outside India. The author is practising Contracts from last 19 years. Besides above, the author has rich experience of over 8 years in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism. The author is also a Law Graduate and an Arbitrator. The author is a: Fellow of Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), New Delhi, Fellow of Indian Institution of Technical Arbitrators (IITArb), Chennai and Member of Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MMIArb), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Based on his rich experience in the field of "Alternative Dispute Resolution", the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), New Delhi empaneled him as an Arbitrator in "ENGINEERS" category.
