Dr. Harbans Lal Kaila, earned Masters degree in Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Doctorate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, is a retired Professor of Organizational Psychology with 39 years of professional experience, published books/articles and participated in national/international conferences. He pioneered BBS training in India, conducted <1000 BBS workshops in India/abroad and is a member expert panel for National Safety Council. He served the Central Labour Institute, Ministry of Labour for 10 years and as a Professor at the SNDT Womens University for 18 years at Mumbai. Dr. Kaila represented in Conferences at New York, Berlin, Japan, Kaula Lumpur, Muscat, Rome, New Zealand, London, Egypt, Dubai, Sydney. He is an Editor of the Journal of Psychosocial Research and Director of Forum of Behavioural Safety.

Dr. R.K. Mishra is Professor and Dean at the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad. With more than two decades of professional experience, he has taught P.G. classes, guided doctoral scholars and has undertaken several research studies and consultancy assignments in the areas of public sector management, HRD and financial management. He has conducted large number of public sector management, HRD and Financial management. He has conducted large number of management development programme and was a visiting scholar to the London Business School, U.K. He is on the team of Directors of several companies. He is a well known expert in PE management and organisation development.

Prof. Dr. S. Ravishankar is a well-known senior HR and Organizational Behaviour specialist. He has worked at senior/top management levels, both in academic institutions and industry. He was senior faculty with College of Applied Science (MOHE), ICT, Oman; Professor at Abu Dhabi University; Al-Kharj University, Saudi Arabia; and Professor & Head of School of Business and Logistics, University of Bolton, UAE Campus. Earlier, he was Director and Professor at B-Schools and Professor at NITIE (Govt. of India), Mumbai. He has also rich experience as Dy. General Manager (HRD) at AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd., and ISPAT Industries Ltd., Maharashtra. He has large number of books and papers published to his credit. He has conducted large number of corporate training programs and is a member of many professional bodies like ISTD, ISTE, IIPA, BPC, etc. He was also honored with various academic awards including the ISTD Fellow for outstanding contributions in the field of HRD.

Shri J.K.M. Nair, with more than three decades of professional experience, is currently Director (HRD and Trg.) and Principal, SMS (of Executive Ship Management, Singapore). Earlier, he was General Manager and Principal, Anglo-Eastern Maritime Trg. Centre (of Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, Hong Kong) and also with Shipping Corporation of India in various senior positions. A luminary from World Maritime University where he did PG Studies in HRD, he has many publications to his credit. His specialization include Marine Engg., HRD, Safety Engg., Training Systems, IT, Maritime Affairs etc. He is a member of ISTD, Institute of Maritime Engineers, WMU-India Chapter, LPA etc. He has conducted many technical and management training programmes and has received many awards including `Best Maritime Trainer Award`.
