Dr. Gajanan Vinayak Bellale is a competent professional with 20 years of administrative experience, currently working as an Dr. Gajanan Vinayak Bellale Assistant Commissioner in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation in Mumbai since 2019. Basically a Master of Technology in Instrumentation Engineering, he is also an MBA in Human Resource, LLB and Ph.D. in Management Sciences.
He rose from Assistant Engineer to Deputy Director of Industries (Technical) - Directorate of Industries, Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai Region, and right now shouldering the responsibility as Assistant Commissioner - Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Mumbai. His work is acknowledged through various awards like National Award-2016 as “Best Employee” from the Ministry of Social Justice Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities from President of India, Metropolis Healthcare Hero’s of India Pride of Profession Award 2021, etc.

Dr. Vani N. Laturkar, Senior Professor, School of Commerce and Management Sciences, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, is a distinguished academic with over 30 years of university teaching with her basic degree in Management and Commerce with gold medals in all programs. Her career exemplifies a deep understanding of research, academic administration, and student development in Indian higher education.
A Fulbright-Nehru Fellow of 2019, she is trained under LEAP by Ministry of Education, GOI. She is recipient of Gurushreshtha Award 2023 in Commerce faculty from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her contributions have also made her selected amongst first five candidates for Vice Chancellor post at various Universities of Maharashtra. Her multifaceted career and global perspective continue to shape her contributions to higher education, research, and community development in India.
